5. Opening an Account

6. Your Smpl Account
6.1 Account Details. Your account allows you to hold, send, and receive electronic money and payments. The electronic money held in your account does not expire, except when your account is closed. The electronic money will not earn interest.
6.2 One Account per Person. You may only open one account unless we have agreed in writing to additional accounts. We may close or merge duplicate accounts.
6.3 Verification. We may require you to provide additional information to verify your identity. Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Use of Services

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Smpl Life Inc. regarding the use of our Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
28. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
29. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to mechanical, electronic, or communications failure or degradation.
